AMAZING WATERFRONT HOME ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY WITH HUGE POOL!

Our two families stayed at this house for 3 nights after a week in the Keys which is a tough act to follow and we were very impressed! The house was great, very spacious for 10 of us, but the pool area was the best! The whole front of the house opens up to a beautiful pool area where we were entertained with the steady stream of yachts going by the front door. The location was perfect for us - the grocery store was just around the corner, the beach was a two minute drive (Aruba beach by the Pier has lots of parking), the outlet shopping was an easy 30 min drive and the drive to the Ft. Lauderdale airport was less than 20 min. Would love to stay here for a full week next time! Thank you Brian for being so accommodating!

A group of 7 of us stayed for 3 nights in this great house in a fabulous location right on the intracoastal waterway. It is so spacious and everything you need is there. The patio and pool area are even bigger than it looks on the photograph. Very close to Lauderdale by the sea which is a lovely place. We saw loads of luxury boats pass by and even got to see 2 manatees swiming right by the dock. There a big supermarket minutes away for anything you need. A great place to relax. Brian the owner was helpful and efficient in answering questions. Would definately recommend.

It has been said that "a picture is worth a thousand words". All I will say is that as incredible as these pictures are, they don't do justice to this amazing property!
Brian was simply the best to deal with. Everything was spelled out from beginning to end, without any surprises, and any question was answered within hours, but more often in just minutes!
All linens and towels were fresh and clean and high quality. Cleanliness was top notch, just as you would expect at a home of this quality. Every convenience in this beautiful home, is just waiting for you to use. Amenities such as the stunning, private, heated pool with a massaging waterfall, enough comfortable chaise lounges for you, your family and friends, and a perfectly positioned dining table and chairs to enjoy meals while watching the best of the famous Lauderdale Yachts glide by.
And the neighborhood is exclusive, convenient, quiet and yet very friendly. It is just minutes away from Ft. Lauderdale's best restaurants, the clubs of Wilton Manors, and within walking distance to the beach!
So, do yourself and your family a favor and live like a 1%'er if only for a few days, a week, or better yet, a month or two!
My wife and I cannot wait to return nor can we thank thank Brian enough for his charm, professionalism, and hospitality!
