Photos and Description of the Bordighera vacation rental Pool, 5 persons, wonderful view

Ca Milla is a very stylish, modern and comfortably furnished country house with large grounds and a splendid panoramic view of the Lake Alps and the romantic mountain village of Perinaldo. It is surrounded by olive groves in the little town of San Martino, in the hill country of Liguria but still only about 7 km from the sea and the neat little seaside resort of Bordighera. San Martino can offer you absolute peace and no disturbance. The house is surrounded by extensive terraces with leafy seating areas. The swimming pool (ca. 5 x 10 m, 1-2.50 m deep) is refreshing in the summer heat. In the winter there is a fireplace as well as central heating to keep you warm. There’s a wood and coal grill outside. Parking spaces in the grounds. You drive to Ca Milla via a very well built, narrow mountain road

San Martino is a little village with few houses. The nearest shops and restaurants with good Ligurian food are in Vallebona, about 3 km away. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the sea-side. A day trip is sufficient to get to the fantastic mountain world of Lake Alp (hiking) or the nearby Cote d'Azur with Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo.

Ca Milla liegt einige Kilometer oben auf dem Berg und ist über eine enge Bergstraße erreichbar. Die Anfahrt ist etwas unschön, aber wenn man dann oben ist stellt man fest, dass sich die Anfahrt lohnt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet, geräumig, verfügt über eine tolle Aussenanlage und ist sehr gepflegt. Man hat vor Ort direkten Kontakt mit den Verwaltern und wird sehr freundlich betreut. Ca Milla ist eine Oase für Erholungssuchende ! Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die gerne im Meer baden, sind die Strände nicht unbedingt geeignet, da diese steinig sind und es abschüssig ins Meer geht. Hier muss man entweder etwas weiter fahren oder sich auf die Suche nach einem schönen Sandstrand machen......
