There you can relax or discover interesting spots to go shopping, reachable within 5 minutes. There are numerous possibilities to practice sports, like golf, tennis and a lot of water sports. Fishing is possible directly in front of the house. By car you reach Disney World in a distance of 85 miles.

Notes

  • The prices include all extra charges and the DSL internet connection, the final cleaning will be charged with 75.00 US $. All payments have to be made in US dollars. The house is only 6 people. The house is rented from one week (6 nights / 7 days)
  • Upon the receipt of the booking confirmation we ask for a deposit of 450.00 US. Cancellations until 4 weeks before arrival result in a compensation of 30% of the rental rate, after that a compensation of 50% of the rental rate is payable.
  • Caretaker is lavailabe on site: German / English spoken.

This vacation home by far met our expectations,The home was beautiful and very clean great location and nice neighborhood the pool was wonderful wish there was more bedrooms because the whole family wants to vacation there now!! We rented a boat at windsong boat rentals in new port richey it was amazing,staff was great i would recommend the boat rental to anyone that loves to be on the water.All in all this is a great rental you wont be dissapointed we are all ready planning a trip back for next year! This is a beautiful home on a quiet street facing the canal. We stayed for one full month and enjoyed everything! The pool was fantastic and the caretakers couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. The home was clean as could be and the home decor was very nice....my hubby really enjoyed the big flat screen TV. I enjoyed sitting in the upper level lanai every sunny morning with my cup of coffee and watching the birds and egrets over the canal. We have friends in the Hudson area and they came by to visit. Everyone was extremely impressed with the home and thought we got a great value for the money.
We would definitely recommend this home!!

GREAT, CLEAN, LOVELY VILLA, LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR 12 NIGHT STAY, WOULD DEFENTLY RECCOMMEND.
SWIMMING POOL IS GREAT, CHILDREN SPENT MOST OF THERE TIME IN THERE. LOVELY LOCATION ON THE CANAL.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
