This luxury ocean front property provides amazing views from every room. Enjoy watching the dolphins from your ocean front deck. You also have front row seats to watch surfers catching that perfect wave. The sounds and smells of the ocean will lull you to sleep in the evenings, but the spectacular sunrises over the ocean will take your breath away in the mornings.

Dolphin Watch 1 has many luxury finishes, including granite countertops, hardwood floors, and tile bathrooms. The wet bar has its own refrigerator with ice maker, and is complemented with a wine cooler in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, an elevator, 5 HD LED TV's and 3 Blu Ray Players are just a sampling of the high end amenities. This property is beautifully decorated throughout, and has a new pillowtop king in the master bedroom, new pillowtop queens in each of three additional bedrooms, and two twins in the fifth bedroom. There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You will enjoy your own private walkway to the beach and an enclosed outside shower.

This is a property that you will want to visit year after year.

About The Owner

We are both retired and enjoy lake and beach living. Our primary home is on Lake Murray in Columbia SC and we own both sides of Dolphin Watch, with Unit 2 being our second home. Carolina Beach is a great vacation spot and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Carolina Beach has so much to offer for young and old alike, with miles of beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and all the activities a beach vacation could possibly want. Our second home is on the right side of the Dolphin Watch duplex so we have the best of both worlds.

The Carolina Beach fishing pier and Freeman Park are just a stone's throw away and offer great fishing and beach combing activities.

Summer Fireworks every Thurday night from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk can be enjoyed from your beach walkway. The outdoor summer concert series and numerous beach festivals will make your beach vacation at Dolphin Watch 1 memorable.

What makes this townhome unique

Although Dolphin Watch 1 always lives up to its name, It 's also a surfer's paradise. Surfers (young and not so young!) providing endless entertainment as they ride the waves. Shrimp boats meander up and down the coast with pelicans not far behind looking for their share of the day's catch. Our rental guests will enjoy the full length of the upstairs deck overlooking the ocean.
