This three bedroom, two bath private home sleeps eight very comfortably, within five minutes of Breckenridge Peaks Eight, Nine, and Ten. Advantages include a quiet wooded lot, wraparound porch, ample parking, full kitchen, laundry, cable TV, and fireplace. A great place for family getaways.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Wraparound porch. Three bedrooms (two doubles, two sets of bunk beds). Two baths. Fully equipped kitchen. Wireless / Ethernet DSL, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo. Fireplace. Washer and dryer.

Location and transportation: Easy car-optional living at this quiet in-town location. 2-minute walk from the free local slope bus, and a 5-minute walk from shopping and restaurants, and the free county-wide bus.

If you have a car there is ample parking, and a 10 minute drive gets you to Breckenridge Peaks Eight, Nine, and Ten. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland Pass ski areas are within a short drive. Breckenridge is 105 miles from Denver International Airport, and limo service is available.
