Also located on the first floor is a cozy living room in the front of the home overlooking the green.  A Smart TV can be found in this room for unwinding after a day on the course or exploring the tidal pools at the beach. This large living room is connected to a smaller family room that is perfect for reading a book, working on a puzzle, or playing a board game. The first floor has a full bathroom with a stand up shower and laundry as well.
On the second floor, you'll find four bedrooms with updated bedding and decor.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Also on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. 

From this home, you'll enjoy the view of golfers on the second hole of Webhannet golf course while listening to the waves crash on nearby Mother's Beach.
