PARKING: Guests have access to 3 parking spaces in the house and street parking in front of the house included.

➤ Quiet hours: Guests are expected to observe quiet hours, between 11 PM and 6 AM, to be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
➤ Maximum occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in extra charges or eviction.
➤ CHECK-IN is at 3:00pm
➤ CHECK-OUT is at 11:00am,
➤ All early CHECK-INs or Late CHECK-OUTs must be pre-approved by the Host. Please submit your request for late check out at least 1-business day prior to check out.
