Easy access to 75/85 and I-20, 2 MARTA stations within 1 mile, Uber/Lyft to/from Airport. Downtown 1 mile away. very close to the MART. Krog Tunnel, Krog St Market, Dad's Garage Comody.
This is a rare high-ceiling loft with a second level mezzanine that features an additional queen size bed, office space, and artist workspace. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with 42" television, comfortable queen size bed, full bath, a studio area and a big skylight.

Please note that this loft is my live/work space so there will be personal belongings in the unit. there is a closet and basket drawers for you in the bathroom. This is a live/work community. Please respect the neighbors and their spaces. Pick up after your pets. Keep noise and music down after 10pm on weekdays. Please do not smoke in loft, or in hallways. If you smoke on the patio, please do not drop ashes or butts off the balcony.

There is garbage and recycling down the long hall through the glass double doors, then to your left through the door near the the mail room.
