Tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with Den. This home is located in windfree South Palm Springs. It's just a few blocks from Downtown Palm Springs Village in the Warm Sands neighborhood. The residence has been completely remodeled which includes a new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathrooms with granite counter tops, tiled floors throughout , instant hot water system and indoor laundry room. This is a private home in a great location for rest and relaxation in our desert paradise.

My Partner and I have stayed at this location a few times and we are never disappointed. The house has all the comfort and amenities to ensure a perfect Vacation. It's a great place for entertaining and the location is perfect. Landscaping and House are always kept up well and over all it's just one of our favorite places to stay in Palm Springs. The owner is very professional and easy to get a hold of for any questions or information you might need about the house and surrounding areas. Thank you so much for welcoming others into this beautiful home away from home!!!

Girls weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this warm, and charming home. The kitchen is beautiful, modern and great for preparing food to entertain. The home is well kept, clean and has all the amenities one would expect from an upscale timeshare such as Marriott with the added benefit of being in the downtown area (close to all the fun). We are planning on going back again!

Now this a Palm Springs stay done right

If you love Palm Springs (or just think you will) this home is perfect for a long weekend, a week, or longer if you can. A very comfortable place to feel right at home… and on vacation at the same time. Everything you need for that “Palm Springs” feeling. A contemporary, well furnished desert home, with swimming pool, relaxing patio (with grill), and most importantly a great location. When not wanting to relax and eat “at home”, I really enjoyed being able to quickly get to downtown shopping and restaurants. And if you want just a bit of exercise as I did, the downtown shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Great!

I really enjoyed my time in Palm Springs, and look forward to another stay in Palm Springs and this home. Both are highly recommended.

Great house and great location!

I stayed at this house for a getaway week in early June and absolutely loved it. The house is located minutes from downtown PS...you couldn't ask for a better location. The house was very clean and upgraded nicely. You could tell that the owner made a huge effort in updating the interior. The pool was sparkling clean and secluded. Overall, it's a great property and I am looking forward to my next stay there.
