Nestled behind the main street of the beautiful harbor town of Grand Marais, you will find the Campbell Cottage, a clean, well-equipped, comfortable two bedroom cottage. Perfect getaway and launching pad for exploring the beautiful Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore, Au Sable Lake and Falls, the Dunes and the unique, ever-changing Lake Superior coastline.

In your home away from home you will find two private bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full. There is also a spare blow up or comfortable cot available for any extra guests. Nice bathroom with shower/tub. Fully equipped kitchen as well as large backyard with gas grill and patio table. Ideal for 2 to 4. Great location for walking access to everything in town, the beach. just about anything you want your vacation to be. DVD/CD Player (CD's work in DVD Player) available as well many movies and some books to pick from if you want to curl up as well. ENJOY!

We love all the UP has to offer and we are especially smitten with the small harbor town of Grand Marais as well as the beautiful area and the unique Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Hiking the North Country trail is a favorite pastime of ours. The wildflowers are numerous and amazing, as well as the waterfalls and beautiful vistas. The dunes are huge, the lake is clear and cool.

Walking access to the harbor, big lake and town. Solid cute little cottage, nice get away.

Kayaking, Fishing, Bike Riding, Canoeing, Rock Picking, Hiking, Swimming,and Exploring the area's beautiful dunes, waterfalls and the unique Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore are just some of the activities you can enjoy. Close by are the Tahquamenon Falls and the Seney Wildlife area for easy day trips. Munising offers a wonderful Pictured Rocks Lakeshore Cruise, many waterfalls and short jaunts over to the rustic Grand Island. Don't forget to stop by the Pictured Rock's Visitor Center for lots of maps and informationon the area, located a few miles west on M-58.

Great location, great cottage, great price!

I stayed here in October of 2011. Indian summer, gorgeous colors. This rental was perfect in every way! It had everything I needed, the location was to die for, it was clean and pretty. Pictured Rocks and the gorgeous new highway to the west; Taquomonon Falls to the east. Lake Suprior a block away, and Lake Superior Brewing company, with the best Pizza on earth in my backyard! It would comfortably fit 5 people (two bedrooms plus pullout). I already have plans to return in the spring.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Literally Around the Corner from Everything

Cute, clean and comfortable, this cottage is tucked away but literally right around the corner from everything. Really enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and exploring the beautiful sights around town. Awesome hiking in the Pictured rocks area was a highlight of our trip. We will definitely return again to this little gem.
