There is an unlimited number of things to do from this lakeside house on the shores of Moosehead Lake. If fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, or rafting fails to move you, lay in the hammock and read a book while the waves lap the shore.
The 'camp' comfortably sleeps nine and is made for a crowd. Two full bathrooms make staying with a larger group feasible. Intentionally equipped without a television, your kids can catch trout from the shore using worms, jump from the dock, go on a crayfish hunt, or try their hand at flat water kayaking. It's all here while mom and dad can comfortably catch some R & R and maintain supervision.

My family has enjoyed use of this retreat since 1976. What started out as a rustic pole cabin has transformed into a house.
Moosehead Lake maintains our devotion, fascination, and willingness to explore after all these years. Our collection of memories continue to grow each season.
We hope you find this place as special as we do.

This is true wilderness and true Maine. Moose, bear, and white tail deer seen every season.
Lakeside, lakeside, lakeside and modern convenience. While we once pumped water from the lake to do our dishes, the house now has a washer, dryer, and electric refrigerator.
You won't find television here -- on purpose.
Public boat leaves from Rockwood landing to historic Mt. Kineo every hour and a half where you can play 12 holes of golf and take a swim at Pebble Beach afterwards.
