2 Story, Single Family, 3500 sq. foot home with 9 foot ceilings, 5 Bedroom, 3 Full Baths, Private, Mountain View, Swimming Pool with Diving Board, Waterfall/Slide, Patio, View, Golfing Nearby, Shopping Nearby. Very quiet and private location at the end of a cul-de-sac with no homes directly behind.

The yard is incredible with a heated pool and spa with waterfall/slide and diving board. The rear patio is a relaxing tranquil retreat with a fire pit to complete the evening.

Featuring a formal living room, formal dining room (seats 6), the kitchen also has a dinning table with seating for 6. Plus counter bar on island to seat 3 additonal. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops throughout, an island and pantry. The large windows provide a beautiful view of the back yard.

Relax in the family room and enjoy watching the big screen TV. There is a bedroom off the family room with a double bed and a full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a master suite with California king bed and view of the San Tan Mountains. The master bath has a soaker tub, separate shower plus his and her sinks. The master bath also has a giant walk in closet for him & her.

There are three additional bedrooms up with queen size beds and a full bathroom.

Full bonus room upstairs with an 8' pool table and sports room.

The funnest restaurant called San Tan Flats is only minutes from our house, it has an outdoor bar with live music that the kids can roast smores in kettle firepits and great steaks! There is tennis & basketball as well as the community pool at Johnson Ranch Golf Club.

Relaxing Get-away

We loved this house!! My husband and I rented it for two weeks at the end of January/first of February. We've rented using VRBO many times and I have to say, this was one of our best experiences. It was just the two of us so we didn't use much of the house but we wanted the pool and spa area and we weren't disappointed. The listing description and pictures are accurate and we loved the open plan with the kitchen, informal dining, and family room along the back of the house. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with quality cookware, knives and dishes. Even plenty of plastic glasses for poolside. We had the pool heated and wished it had been warmer but they had a lot of exceptionally cold weather for a week before we arrived so perhaps that was the problem. We used the spa almost every day though and the gas firepit was wonderful. The backyard is very relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. The patio furniture was quite comfortable and yes, morning coffee outside was such an indulgence especially compared to the cold and snow in Iowa. Heidi was easy to work with and immediately responded to the couple of questions we had. The property was very clean and well maintained and the master bed (the only one we used) comfortable with plenty of towels and basic supplies in the bathrooms. There is a huge Wal-Mart and a Starbucks close by. Also a Native New Yorker Restaurant which we enjoyed. We hated to come home and would definitely recommend this property.

Ended on a sad note!

25 DAYS AFTER WE LEFT IS WHEN OUR PROBLEM WITH THIS RENTAL BEGAN!! Our family had a wonderful family vacation at this home. On return, I would have recommended it to everyone, BUT we left the home on November 26th and on December 21, I get an email that states we will not get our deposit returned because we damaged a bedside stand, scratched a table, and stained the carpet. We were also accused of having more that the numbered guests we had planned (WHICH IS NOT TRUE!)
I do not know who used the house or what happened in the month between our departure and the email, but our family did not do any of these things. We left the house in perfect shape, but it is their word against ours. This is a lovely place, but definitely people need to ask for a person to check you out so you are not blamed for things you did not do. We have rented VRBS's 4 other times and never had a problem like this. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, NOT 25 DAYS AFTER WE LEFT if there was a problem.
The only other problem was that the propane ran out and we were not able to use the hot tub or fire pit the last 3 days.. I would suggest checking the tank when you start the rental.
Our family would have dreamed of coming back to this area, but unfortunately this caused us to question renting again. The house, area, etc were lovely and it was a well equipped home, but for the reasons above, we could not recommend this property.

I wanna go back!

So, it was so hard to leave! Incredibly glad we stayed two weeks at the house and accomplished exactly what we set out to do, lounge around and do a whole lot of nothing but - eat, sleep, swim, read, swim, layout, swim and watch movies. I finally found a place I could unplug and it was at this house so I have to return! Being in the corporate world not always easy to do but the beautiful oasis in the backyard made it so. I loved everything about this place. The privacy, the quiet mornings drinking coffee at 5:00 a.m. - who knew cleaning a pool could be so rewarding - and where do all those pink flowers come from?! Highly recommend this house. Heidi you have done an excellent job with the home and I thank you so much for opening it up so people like me can enjoy it. I treated it as if it were mine own. If you will have us, we will be returning guest!

Amazing house! Amazing vacation!

This is an awesome place and it was perfect for our family vacation. We have four children and this house was definitely spacious enough for our family of six. The pictures do not convey just how beautiful and spacious the house and pool really are. The house is decorated beautifully and everything that we wanted and needed was in the house from cooking supplies and utensils to linens to pool toys. The pool area is amazing and would rival a hotel's pool. The slide and diving board provided hours of entertainment for the kids (and for us!) As we visited in the summer, we spent many hours every day by the pool and the kids didn't even want to leave to do other activities. At night, we made smores outside by the firepit. There is ample seating around the pool and the landscaping in the backyard is beautiful. You will definitely not be disappointed in this house! We rent houses every year for vacations and this is the best house we have ever rented. The affordable price of this rental is deceiving because you are getting an incredible, high quality home at an even more incredible price. On another note, the beds are amazingly comfortable. The kids described the beds as sleeping on clouds. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that we returned home and went and bought a new mattress as we realized just how uncomfortable our own bed was after sleeping in that bed! We are already talking about staying here again next year, only trying to stay longer!
