2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Full Kitchen

Club Residencial is a medium sized apartment complex just a few minutes from the beach in downtown Sousa. There are two pools, wifi, a bar with a tropical landscape. The apartment was rennovated in 2008 and all new cabinets, appliances, bathroom tile and fixtures. The washroom also has a clothes washer. (no dryer, however hung clothes will dry in a few hours)

The apartment is nicely decorated and the beaches are wonderfully warm and only a 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay, however, here's what you should know before booking this apartment:

The internet extremely unreliable and slow, plan to buy your own cell phone internet stick ($50 a month)
The shower drips all the time, nosily.
The apartment is separated from a bad neighborhood by only a chain link fence and it's SUPER noisy at night. BRING EARPLUGS.
The walk toward to the beach is through narrow, motorcycle and prostitute filled streets. Not appropriate for children.
Club residential owners have some internal feud with renters, and are unwelcoming.
