Sand, sun, the beach... what fun!! Our condo offers the perfect experience when you come to Port Aransas. Located in a small complex, we avoid all the hustle and bustle of the larger complexes, but still have all the beautiful scenery. Our condo has a large deck where you can sit and relax while watching the sun come up in the morning or go down in the evening. We also have views of the gulf and the bay. There is a small pond right across from our unit where you can watch the ducks and other water fowl play. The beach is a only a few minutes walk, or you can drive your car down to the board walk. When you come back from the beach, you can relax in the property pool. There is a barbecue pit available for grilling if you would like to spend the evening and eat by the water.
Returning to the newly renovated condo, you will find a very comfortable space. We love to cook when we are at the beach, so the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans to make any seafood meal or just throw together something simple. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances; a double door refrigerator with ice-maker, glass cooktop stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room table will seat 8 with 2 or 3 at the island. We also have provided TV trays for those who would like to sit in front of the 42' plasma television and enjoy their meal. A small assortment of videos is also available for viewing.
Just off the living room is a small sitting room where you can get away to read a book or just look out at the deck. There is a convertible 'click clack' sofa/bed in this room and a small wet bar.
The guest bedroom will sleep 5: it contains a twin over full bunk bed, a daybed twin, with a pull out trundle underneath. This room has cable television as well as a game system to enjoy.
The master suite has a comfy king sized bed and a completely renovated bathroom. A 42' plasma television is also in this room. Plenty of extra sheets, blankets and pillows are in the master closet.
We have worked very hard to create the perfect place at the beach for our family, and we hope YOU can enjoy it too.
