Great experience, top notch mgt company. Thanks, we plan on coming back!
It was infested with the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen. After the exterminator sprayed I had the pleasurable experience of discovering dead and dying roaches in the kitchen (cupboards, floor), bedroom, patio, living room, hallways and garage. I was left to collect and dispose of the carcasses as there was no follow up by Florida Beach Rentals (the rental company I was under contract with) to remove them. Interestingly when I spoke to the owner of Florida Beach Rentals regarding the roach problem his response was that “there are roaches in Florida” as if I was obliged to accept them as co-tenants. And while I am aware that there are roaches in Florida, I am not comfortable sharing my paid accommodations with them. If this wasn’t bad enough there was a variety of other (dying) bugs as well! Secondly, the master shower drain was plugged and the shower floor was peeling paint resulting in both a flood and safety issue. While Florida Beach Rentals attended and took pictures of this problem, nothing was done to unplug the drain or correct the slippery floor. Finally, Gulf Blvd is the main artery that passes by this house and unless you appreciate traffic which at times is very heavy (bumper to bumper) seventy feet from your bed, this place is not a place to stay. So while the pictures may look nice, living there is not. There are many choices in Florida and many are far better than this one.
The house was wonderful i love it i would go back. The house is pretty big for a 2 bedroom. the beach is across the street. It was FANTASTIC!!
The house was very spacious, beautiful and clean! I loved staying there! The beach was just across the street from the house and the whole neighborhood is beautiful. I love walking so for me the restaurants and stores were just a short walk away, but if you are not much of a walker renting a car would solve everything. I would love to there again.
Rental company was great to deal with & we loved the house & it's location. Would do business with both Florida Beach Rentals & this unit again.
