Quiet & Quaint Villa with Private Pool 825.00 a week!

This past May we enjoyed 6 days in this lovely vacation home. What a great stay we had!!!
The master bedroom was fully equip with everything you could imagine, huge walk in closet and large ensuite bath. Ample amounts of linen's supplied.
The other 2 bedrooms were also a good size and perfect for another family even.
Kitchen are was large over looking the family sitting room, as well as a large dining room with an extra table. There were plenty of dishwares etc supplied.

Pool area was large with plenty furniture. Our children enjoyed lots of swimming out there.

An area we didn't spend much time in was the games room--again more fun activities for the children--or adults. We spent time in their doing our laundry primarily.

Home was clean and well kept on our arrival.

I would say we were about 25 mins from most of the Disney attractions. About the same distance from the Orlando airport as well.
Local grocery store was only a few min's away, and a gas station conveniently located right around the corner from Aviana sub.
We had a great stay here, and should our next vacation bring us to Orlando area again we will indeed to be in touch! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

We stayed in this home for two weeks and it is absolutely beautiful. We were provided with everything that we needed to make our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was fantastic and so refreshing. We spent many days in the pool and just hanging out. The home is located in a beautiful and very quiet resort and it is real close to the major attractions and shopping, a short drive up the highway. We really really enjoyed our stay in your home and will recommend it to our friends. We hope to be back in Orlando next year and will definitely be looking to stay in your house. We stayed here over Thanksgiving Break 2011 for a full week. The home itself is clean (very important to me with a 2 year old roaming around on the floor). The air hockey and foosball were a hit along with the PlayStation game box. The house is roomy and the location was ideal to Disney (15 min) and Legoland (20-25 min). It is near the town of Celebration (with a local Publix, Walgreen's, McDonald's, etc nearby). The development itself is subdivision of homes occupied by renters and home owners, not particularly a resort per se but as long as you understand that and have your own car you will be fine. It was quiet and gated and we did not experience any problems and felt safe when we stayed there. The owners are what really make this unit a great place to stay. Lisa was awesome in her constant contact. We had a minor issue with the pool heat while staying and she was not only apologetic but very diligent in her efforts to get it taken care of with the local property management company for us so that we could enjoy our stay....which we did swimming all throughout our time there. We have used VRBO and rented from private owners before and I can truly say that the owners here care about making your stay one to enjoy and remember. Thanks.
