large, comfortable townhouse, updated furnishings and decorations. Second story, so if steps are an issue that should be considered. Beautiful pool facility, hours of pool use limited in the evening. Situated between two beaches, within walking distance to both. Most beautiful view of sunset over the Gulf. We walk for an hour every morning and the area is safe with many walking areas, such as to Howard Park. A perfect area to avoid spring break traffic as Tarpon Springs is just a few miles north of the more hectic traffic areas, and still within a few miles drive of many wonderful sights.
I recommend this home, where we spend 6 wks this spring. The view of the Gulf is spectacular, watching wind surfers from the screened in balcony was great fun. We had the greatest pleasure in watching wild life, such as the eagle who nested in a tree outside our window.
The owner is congenial and good to work with. One complaint, the overhead fan in our bedroom did not work, the repair man called the 1st wk we were there and said he would come fix it, he never came. We could have used the fan as we prefer not to use air conditioner every night. However, that is a small thing and overall we recommend this lovely home for a comfortable, clean rental.
