House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

New 1,031 SF home built in 2011. Features two bedrooms, two full baths, two car garage, 12 x 40 FT RV pad, patio and a large wooden fenced yard. All new appliances and furnishings. Decorated in a Western Cowboy theme. Granite Counters in kitchen with a breakfast bar. Large 42' LCD TV and DVD player in Living Room and 19' LCD TV and DVD player in Master Bedroom. Many paved walking and bicycle trails in the community and breathtaking views of the Three Sisters Mountains a few hundred yards away from our home.

Keywords: A new 'Western Theme' decorated home located in 'The Village at Cold Springs' whiich is a new home community in the charming city of Sisters. The town is located at the foot of the Casacades Mountain, and is a destination for those seeking historic charm, natural splendor and small town feel. Recreation is limitless in the nearby mountains or along the Metolius River. Sisters is also the home to an impressive number of annaul festivals- Rodeo, Sisters Folk Festval, Quilt Show and the Western and Native American Arts Festival to just name a few. We are located within walking distance to the many shops and venues in town. A short drive to Bend, Redmond and less than three hours to exciting Portland. The corner lot home features a 12 x 40 RV pad, large patio and faces green belt and ponderosa pines. Resident deer add to the natural beauty of the area.

We are both retired and live in Green Valley, AZ during the winter season. We enjoy traveling in our motorhome in the summer visting the many beautiful areas of our country.

We love the Sisters area and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Eventually we will use this home as our summer residence when we no longer want to travel in our RV.

What makes this house unique

Wonderful bike trails, able to walk to town in a few minutes. A great place to have coffee and visit with friends at the nearby Sisters Coffee House.
