BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS,WHITE SANDY BEACH,PEACEFUL ,SECURE LOCATION

We love this area and have stayed the past few years in a rustic cottage nearby, and were looking to find something else in the area when we found this condo from a friend's reference. We booked it without seeing, relying on a phone discussion with the owner. It is even nicer than the pictures and descriptions found in this listing. We have had a wonderful month here in Pass a Grille.

The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen is really well-equipped. The linens and towels are of a nice quality. We especially enjoy sitting on the tall chairs on the patio; listening to and watching the gulf surf roll in with our morning coffee and paper. Everything is new and the unit is well maintained. It was spotless when we arrived. One is only two blocks from several restaurants with the Brass Monkey and Su Ottava being a couple of our favorites. Sunsets are beautiful here and you can either enjoy them from the patio or walk up the beach three blocks and enjoy the daily sunset bell ringing at the Paradise Grill. We enjoy the first floor location with its easy convenience but still a nice view of the Gulf. The entrances to the building are gated with key or pass code access. The other owners and tenants were friendly and it was very quiet.

We strongly recommend this property except for the months that we want to stay here!
