Newer spacious one bedroom/one bathroom fully furnished unit near all Hollywood attractions. Feels like a small house. High ceilings in the living room. Back unit of a three unit building (triplex) so it's QUIET. Hollywood/Melrose Location. Off street gated parking, washer/dryer in unit. Two blocks to Gold's Gym and Edge Dance Studio Hollywood. One block to Melrose Avenue and bus line and restaurants -- check out our map of the area. Just bring your toothbrush.
This furnished unit is cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay for a vacation or a longer stay for business. Within short distance to restaurants, bus lines, grocery stores and Paramount Studios. Melrose Avenue shopping, Larchmont Village and the theatres and clubs of central Hollywood are all nearby. Has a 'Walkscore' of 88.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full sized leather futon/fold down couch in the living room. The unit has high-speed WiFi. The washer/dryer is inside the unit.
Parking is off-street and gated. We are handicapped accessible for wheelchairs with a flat entrance, wide doors and halls, and appropriate bathroom amenities.

I bought this property in 2001 as a duplex and added this unit, the third one, in 2006. I love the area and like being able to share it with our out of town guests.
It's amazing the number of excellent restaurants within 3/4 mile of the apartment. Not to mention Paramount Studios, Raleigh Studios, etc. are proximate. A premier supermarket, Pavilions (with a Starbucks and Panda Express inside), is only four blocks away.
My wife, one daughter and I stayed in this bungalow for 4 nights. Very comfortable place to stay. Excellent location for all things Hollywood.Offstreet parking was a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood.Scott was very helpful as was informative literature in room.Very satisfied with everything and will work with Scott on a return visit in spring
This apartment was perfect for our trip to LA. It is in a great location, within a very short driving distance to all the sights and easy walking distance to supermarkets and shops. The apartment itself was lovely and has EVERYTHING you might need. The air conditioning was a big plus as (being from the UK) we weren't used to the humid LA heat! Will definitely be staying again.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Melrose residence. The pictures showed exactly what the residence looked like. The neigbors we met were extremely gracioius and friendly. The apartment was clean and so close to walking either to Hollywood or Larchment (which we fell in love with)! We would definitely stay here again if the residence were available. Highly recommend renting here!
This place was amazing, exactly as described - super clean, modern, comfortable. I was actually recovering from a surgery and this place was perfect. There was no noise, off street parking was very helpful and the grocery store was right there. Lots of cable channels to watch (if you are stuck inside like I was) ;)
Scott handled everything via online and was super responsive. I can't recommend this place more highly.

this place is a wonderful oasis in the midst of hollywood. safe, beautiful and extremely comfortable. we wish we could have stayed there longer, and we will definitely stay there next time! it is also perfectly located to manuever around hollywood, and it has a parking spot. perfect.
I have only positive comments about this bungalow and the very professional and helpful management company. My partner and I had just moved back to the States after being in Europe for several years and this was a very convenient and hassle free choice for short term stay as we got situated.
The good stuff:
protected parking (though be careful because your car will scrape on entry if you faster than VERY SLOW as you enter)
good location close driving distance to West Hollywood, Hollywood and the Westside, and walking distance to both restaurants and supermarkets (and the DMV and an Enterprise car rental in case you need them)
comfortable living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. (the only things missing were a iron and ironing board and wine glasses, but these are minor details considering there is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit)
working internet and cable TV
very responsive management company -- I was in touch with Scott throughout the stay and he was always very helpful
All in all, I would stay there first if I ever need a short term apartment in LA -- no complaints! Thank you to Scott and his team. :)
