Holidays with a difference - on the island of Tenerife... Do you like hiking, a Spanish ambience and the beach as well as the mountains at easy reach, and are you looking for reasonable prices for your next holidays? Punta Brava, the 'wild point“, is a rocky spit of land marking one end of a black lava-sand beach (Playa Jardin), while on the other end you have the city centre of Puerto de la Cruz in the North of Tenerife. The 'barrio’ of Punta Brava is a Spanish quarter at the outskirts of Puerto with a nice little plaza, small restaurants and pubs, shops and more. Casa Rosamar is an angled 3-storey building, which was recently renovated according to ecological standards. The Apartment is complete with kitchen, shower and WC. Looking out from the sun roof you have on one side the Teide, the holy mountain of the Guanchos, the original inhabitants of the Canaries and on the other side the sea.

Punta Brava, the 'wild point“, is a rocky spit of land marking one end of a black lava-sand beach (Playa Jardin), while on the other end you have the city centre of Puerto de la Cruz, the second-biggest town in the North of Tenerife. The 'barrio’ of Punta Brava is a Spanish quarter at the outskirts of Puerto with a nice little plaza, small restaurants and pubs, shops and more. Looking out from the sun roof of Casa Rosamar you have on one side the Teide, the holy mountain of the Guanchos, the original inhabitants of the Canaries (with 3711 metres Spain’s highest mountain), and on the other side the sea and the skyline of Puerto de la Cruz. The Sea is actually just 30 metres away, the beach to be reached in 2 to 3 minutes by foot. A 20 minutes walk along Playa Jardin beach takes you to the city centre of Puerto de la Cruz a buzzling town with pubs, discos, theatres, concerts and so on.

Wir waren im Juli 2009 Gäste der Casa Rosamar und hatten eine kleine Wohnung über 2 Etagen. Mit 3 erwachsenen Personen war es in der Wohnung etwas eng. Die wunderschöne überdachte Dachterasse und anschl. Sonnenterasse hat aber alles ausgeglichen.
Die Wonung war sauber und es waren genug Handtücher zum wechseln da.
Von der Wohnung kann man alles gut erreichen, Strand/Loro-Park/Busbahnhof/Stadtzentrum.

die casa rosamar, war mit eine der charmantesten unterkünfte,
die ich bisher auf den kanaren hatte.

tolle lage, nah an nettem strand, der busbahnhof ist relativ gut erreichbar und macht die unterkunft zu einer tollen unterkunft für alle die nicht so auf puerto de la cruz und co stehen ...

das ganze wurde noch durch gute tipps und hilfsbereitschaft des verwalters abgerundet.

ich werde die unterkunft nicht nur hier weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 4. Mal in der Casa Rosamar und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Schön ist die Strandnähe zum Playa Jardin (ca. 2 Min. zu Fuß) sowie auch zum schönen Loro Parque. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.
Die schöne Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse mit Blick auf Puerto, sowie auf den Atlantik und den Teide ist zum sonnen oder dem Ausklang eines schönen Tages hervorragend geeignet.

Vom hektischen Tourismus keine Spur, das Zentrum von Puerto ist aber in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht einem mit nützlichen und praktischen Tipps, z. B. für Ausflüge etc. zur Verfügung.

Fazit, eine schöne Ferienwohnung auf einer schönen Insel, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
