The weather couldn't have been better! Such a beautiful site. We enjoyed your home and all it had to offer. Thank you.
I am a retired teacher of 40 years and my husband is a small business owner hoping to retire soon. We have 3 adult children with 4 beautiful grandchildren. We enjoy our family vacations together in the Northwoods and Eagle River has allowed us all to meet our needs. We love the water, the natural beauty of the North and of course the sightseeing and fishing!
We love Eagle River! We have had our family vacations here for many years and in fact, for the last 5 years rented Paradise Point Estate House. When we found out it was for sale we jumped at the chance to buy a piece of history. Paradise Point Estate House was built in 1898 and even though is has been totally renovated, it continues to have the charm and beauty of an older estate. During the renovation respect for history and the beauty of Northwoods was always the focus. Paradise Point Estate House continues to have a prominent silhouettte on the shores of Eagle River.
Located on the river, we can immediately access the boats and explore the waters. It might be fishing or getting on the pontoon for some sightseeing and visiting local establishments. It is absolutely gorgeous here with all the natural beauty of the Northwoods and the wildlife. Grandchildren catching fish off the pier is exciting for everyone. Watching the sun set or the sun rise is breathtaking. Deer grazing nearby, bald eagles flying overhead and loons calling their mates, it does'nt get any better than this. This is our Golden Pond.
