Also One Parking space.This Guest House is Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood-in the heart of

los Angeles-quick and easy freeway access.Near it all !!!Aproximately 20 minutes to LAX.This lower price is Only this month.It has hight Speed WIFI and 38' smart flat television.It can comfortably sleep 4 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a large 'L' sofa bed in the living roomthatconverts to a full-size mattress.it has a parking space.

Impressed!

My wife and I had never been to this area of Los Angeles before and did not know what to expect. After spending one week here with out daughter, we definitely will remember this unique pocket very fondly. First, Rudy's place is exceptionally well kept and appointed with really thoughtful touches throughout. Truly, there is little that he did not think of--beautiful wood accents, shampoo and body wash in the shower, extra bedding, and plenty of cleaning supplies so that you can keep it nice during the stay. The unit has two really charming porches, both overlooking different portions of Los Angeles and is set in a almost tropical valley just east of Culver City. I visited the Ranchero Market down the block at least once a day and found myself mourning the extensive bakery after we left. The market sells cojita cheese and carne aside fresh by the pound and has an entertaining selection of knick knacks and treats. The property has a secure gate and feels safely tucked away from the street. Our dog also loved the side yard and some freedom to roam the property.

Above everything else, Rudy is an exceptional host with a very natural sense of hospitality and how to make people feel comfortable. He is very accommodating and easy to work with; it was a pleasure having the opportunity to stay at his property!

wonderful vacation rental

My friend and I were very impressed with the guest house. It had everything we needed, even more than we could possibly think of! It was very modern, clean and cozy. All amenities were available. This was my first time to LA and I found it was a very convenient location with all tourist attractions not more than 15-20min drive from here. We appreciated that it was a gated lot in a safe quiet neighborhood. Rudy clearly went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting LA!

Christmas at the Guest House

I enjoyed my stay at Rudy's guest house which I rented it for 3 weeks (8th-29th Dec 2014) The accommodation has everything you need and Rudy has really put a lot of effort to make sure his guests are happy and comfortable. The location is okay and it is very quiet so a good night rest is guaranteed! There is a supermarket near-by which is very convenient.

I would definitely recommend Rudy's guest house if you are visiting LA. The owner Rudy is a very kind person and he will take good care of your needs while renting his property.

Thank you very much for hosting me. I will be back!

Great place!

Nice place and very clean! I like the gated access to the cottage and off street parking. Did not spend a lot of time there as we were out touring the city. Very close to all the tourist attractions. I would of given this place 5 stars but only complaint I had was the shower would not get hot enough. Rudy did mention he will have someone look at it. I would come back and rent again next time in LA.
