It is a semi-detached house in Mas Tomasi. The house offers a covered round arch patio, a sun patio with barbecue, sun beds, a table and chairs. In front of the house is a screened, self-contained pool area with pool and pool patio. The private pool is for the exclusive use of the house residents. The house has the following rooms: comfortable living-cum-dining room with table and chairs, open fire and satellite TV, 1 double bedroom with French bed, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 shower/ WC and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Shops and restaurants are reachable within approx. 600 m and the beach within approx. 3 km. Car parking space on the property.

The town of Pals is divided in 3 areas: Pal, Masos de Pals and Platja de Pals and has a population of 1,800 inhabitants. The old part, as most old towns of the area, is situated on top of a hill called Mont Aspr and is surrounded by ponds and marshlands which were dried out to enable rice to be cultivated. The first historical documents which refer to Pals are from the IX century but the origin of the town is much older. Masos de Pals: in the XIX century the area of Masos de Pals was made up of some farm houses which have an architectural interest belonging to the XV-XVI century and a church from the XVIII century. Platja de Pals: the beach of Pals stretches for 3.5 km and is an ideal place to practise all kinds of water sports.
