LUXURY 4BR TOWNHOME: POOLS, TENNIS, CENTRAL AIR, LOON MOUNTAIN

We walked into the house and instantly felt at home. The kitchen is great for cooking up a storm as it is fully equiped with plenty of room, and the living room can be used for entertaining, chatting, or tv time. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom will take your breath away. Plenty of towels, extra pillows and sheets. Having access to the washer and dryer made for an easier time as well. The back deck offers a quiet place for any meal as well as great sun especially in the morning.

The in door and out door pool options were great for the one rainy day while we were there both were heated. Although we didn't use the gym it looked to have a good mix of cardio and weights.

The owner was helpful in answering questions as well as providing contact information. The property is close to center of Lincoln and the drive is really straight up 93 from Boston.

The Pemi Valley Moose tour is a must for things to do, its a lot of fun for everyone. Also for food Flapjack's is incredible, and would recommend Woodstock Station for the nightlife. The Common Man has a tasty menu as well.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and the townhouse was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything we could need for comfort and cooking. You can't beat the location as it is very close to many fun attractions (Whale's Tale Water Park, Clarks Trading Post, Kancamagus Hwy, Hobo RR & Mini Golf, etc.) and it was great having access to the indoor/outdoor pools just a short walk away - it was a very easy walk, even with 5 kids ages 1-5. We also drove up to Santa's Village for a day and it was about a 45 minute drive. Very do-able, even with young kids. Storyland is about the same distance away. We rented from Cornelia for the first time this year and plan on renting again. She was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had two families sharing the unit and still had plenty of room. The pictures don't show the additional family room on the lower level, but it is very spacious and has a great big TV. It was a perfect spot for the kids to hang out. All in all this was our best family vacation to date. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

We had a great time at this lincoln vacation rental! The layout of the home was perfect for my family and my parents who came along for the trip as it afforded privacy for both parties. Also the home was so close to everything that you could walk into town if desired. The mountain views from the patio were great too! The community pool is great for kids! We have stayed at other vacation rentals in the area and we have found this one and the owner to be top notch! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great time, place and attentive owner!
