This is the perfect place to really get a great feel for the city, and is ideal for couples looking for that perfect city break in a beautiful and comfortable property that’s close to all of London’s top attractions. This property would also suit anyone visiting the city on business that requires an ideal & convenient location close to the business district.

The entire property is impeccably clean and recently refurbished throughout. A huge amount of time has been spent in ensuring that your every need is met, so that you can just relax in your perfect home from home.

The living room is tastefully decorated and stylish. It features a luxurious & very comfortable electric reclining sofa, flat screen TV with 50+ channels and radio, a compact and stylish dining table, plus plenty of books, games and DVDs to keep entertained should you fancy a cosy night in.

The kitchen is fully equipped & contains everything you need to cater for yourselves, including an oven with grill and brand new hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle. Extras include a George Foreman grill and a Krups Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, which can make pretty much everything from Americano, Espresso and even hot chocolate. In addition we also supply you with English tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. We also provide you with a bottle of wine to welcome you to the property and to London.

The bedroom consists of a beautiful and very comfortable King sized bed, a flat screen TV, alarm clock, plus ample storage space. Plenty of coat-hangers are provided too. Two hairdryers are available for you.

The bathroom is recently refurbished with a beautiful tiling job. There is fantastic pressure in the shower to keep you fresh, plenty of storage space, a shaving point for electric razors and a large mirror to help you get ready for that all important night on the town or business event. There is also a large heated towel rail, plus shampoo & shower gel is available and will be provided.

The property benefits from a secure video entry phone. Umbrellas are also provided, so no need to bring your own. Maps and guides also available, plus there is plenty of storage space for suitcases available in the hallway. Wireless Internet is available at no extra charge.

In terms of the local area, you really could not be better located. The property is situated in the City of London, just a few minutes’ walk away from one of London’s most famous landmarks, St Paul’s Cathedral. The Tate Modern art gallery & Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre are also close by.

Nearby Fleet Street offers pretty much every service that one may need, with plenty of bars, shops restaurants, supermarkets & local banks literally two minutes away. If you want a traditional British pub meal, we’d recommend the Cheshire Cheese pub a Fantastic tourist pub that’s within walking distance.

One of the wonderful things about this part of London is that it’s one of the few areas where you can still regularly see London’s famous routemaster buses, and the number 15 is one such bus that stops a very close by. In addition there are plenty of other non-stop bus services that can take you to the rest of the city and the West End. City Thameslink railway station is also just a few minutes away, perfect for connecting to international airports via both Gatwick and Luton Express trains.

Nearby London Underground stations include St Paul’s Station, Chancery Lane & London Blackfrairs.

1. The property sleeps two people only. Two people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.

2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours. 

3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately.

4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building.

5. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification.

The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.

The security deposit is fully refundable within 3 days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 

The property will contact you in advance to arrange key collection and check-in. Late check-in after 19.00 is subject to a surcharge.

Quaint, cozy, quiet and perfect!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment off Fleet Street. It was convenient to everything since we did stuff in East London and West London and everything in between, so the location suited us fine. The royal family was just up the street at St. Pauls while we were there! Communications with Kremena and her check in staff were perfect. I absolutely recommend this apartment and anything this owner has to offer!! Cheers!

Siamo Gianni e Luisa abbiamo soggiornato a Londra dal 24 al 28 febbraio scorso in questo appartamento e dobbiamo dire che più di così sarebbe difficile chiedere: dotato di ogni confort, pulitissimo e luminoso. Ingresso soggiorno con un bel divano comodo con recliner elettrico e TV; cucina con tutto il necessario e anche di più, stoviglie, pentole varie, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie; bagno molto funzionale con asciugacapelli e asciugamani puliti, camera da letto comoda dotata anch'essa di TV.

La posizione è particolarmente vantaggiosa, si raggiunge facilmente (anche a piedi) il centro ed è ben collegata, a pochi metri dall’alloggio si può prendere l’autobus e a 200 metri c’è la metro (stazione di Blackfriars).

Accoglienza eccellente

Insomma vacanza favolosa. Che dire di più ci ha entusiasmato a tal punto che abbiamo deciso di tornarci nel mese di giugno e soggiornare per almeno 10 giorni ancora.

Brilliant stay

Exactly as pictured. Nice efficiency apartment on 3rd floor in a very quiet alley way (could easily miss it but once you know what to look for, very easy to find) just steps from Fleet St, cafes and St. Paul's. Very comfortable bed with "pillow menu". Kitchen had basics such as tea and sugar. Bath was fine with great water pressure but shower door just a little oddly designed. Very good communication with the owner and easy meet up to get the keys along with a quick tour of the apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment close to everything.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in this modern, clean and comfortable apartment in June, 2014. It was within walking distance to so many places, contained all we required and was just like the photos portray it. There's a good patisserie/coffee shop "Paul", just around the corner in Chancery Lane.
