I like to get to Vegas periodically but I would probably go more often if I didn't have to stay at the hotels. Dragging my bags through the Casino and having to stand in the check-in line has never been a pleasant experience for me. Plus the hotel rooms are usually smoky and smelly. I happened to find this particular condo that is minutes away from the Strip, close to shopping and a very nice, clean community. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, answered all my questions. This unit is on the first floor and the covered parking spot is only a few steps away from the front door. It is very clean, very roomy. I love the fact it had 2 bathrooms! After a hectic day and night on the Strip, it was so nice to be able to relax in a comfortable and roomy place afterwards. Plus we made full use of the pools and jacuzzi's. It was nice that the complex is far enough away from the Strip so it made for more of a relaxing atmosphere. There are some year round residents who were very friendly, made it feel like home. The gated community also made us feel very safe. For what you would pay at one of the hotels, this condo is definitely worth it. Great value! The description of the listing is 100% accurate. I would highly recommend for couples, families with kids or even for business. It was a great find. I will definitely be using this place again.
