Nob Hill Studio Rental Photos and Description
Beautifully Remodeled Studio, With A Separate Kitchen And Bathroom.
This beautifully remodeled studio, with a separate kitchen and bathroom, is in the central Nob Hill district of San Francisco.
The wonderful location of this apartment means it is only a minute walk to grocery stores, bus routes, and vibrant neighborhood bars and restaurants. At the end of the block the famous San Francisco Cable Cars will take you on a short ride to
Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39 or the city's Financial District.
The building also has a shared roof-top deck with spectacular views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Perfect hotel alternative for traveling nurses (St. Francis Memorial Hospital is only a few minutes walk), a business person on assignment or visiting academic who wants the freedom and comfort of home while enjoying a true San Francisco neighborhood.

I love San Francisco. The apartment is a cozy hideaway in the city from which to both feel at home and explore the city.
Peter purchased this studio in 2008
Why Peter chose Nob Hill
The apartment is clean, safe, central, comfortable, and in my biased opinion, far better than any hotel while being significantly cheaper.
What makes this studio unique
Roof top deck with magnificent view of the Golden Gate Bridge (note the deck is shared by all of the building residents).
The famous San Francisco author Dashiell Hammett wrote The Maltese Falcon while living in there (apartment #2). Leavenworth even has a mention in the movie. Sam Spade is played by Humphrey Bogart.
