Superb, high end apprtment in ideal location

We did extensive research before deciding on this apartment, and we could not have chosen better. It is ideally placed, in a vibrant, safe location, very close to shops, restaurants, bus and subway links. The apartment itself is light and airy and has been beautifully renovated by Louis, with lots of storage space for clothes, suitcases etc (we were there for 9 days), two fridges, two bathrooms and a very comfy bed. It is also relatively quiet for NYC, given it's proximity to the action, as it faces inwards instead of over the street. We found it was a great base to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Louis was the perfect host, meeting us when we arrived and checking in with us a few days later to check everything was OK. He left lots of suggestions about where to shop, eat, etc. and was always accessible by email or phone, although we had no need to contact him about any problems - everything ran smoothly. (This has not been our experience with other hosts!) We even met up for a coffee. All in all, I have no hesitation about recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a high end, very stylish place to stay in an ideal location. Thanks Louis, for helping make our stay in NYC so memorable.
