Guestbook comments from the owner
We really enjoyed ourselves at your house, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever
slept in. We got to watch the bald eagle hunt almost every morning.
It was so quiet and peaceful.
We were amazed at how little boat traffic was on the river, that is what makes your place unique.
Navigation on the river was not a problem, there are enough markers so you can stay in the channel. They do have an oyster reef that is marked about a mile down from the house, you
need to stay to the right heading down the river. Fishing was fantastic! We caught lots of big speckled trout down in Mobjack Bay heading toward the East River. The dock is one of
the best we have ever used and the boat ramp is very convenient.
It was also nice catching crabs while sitting on the dock watching the sunset. Nice crabs!
