This gorgeous, waterfront 4Bd/3Bath retreat is newly ready to rent for your next vacation! Large 1/2 acre lot with beautiful soaring pine trees and 180 feet of waterfront. Stunning views of Bass Lake from most every room in the house! Downstairs you'll find three bedrooms (two with queen-sized beds and large windows overlooking the lake and the third with bunk beds with a lovely woodsy forest view), an open kitchen/dining area fully equipped for casual to elegant entertaining with a dining table that seats up to 12, living room with large flat screen TV and sliding door leading out to a lakefront deck with table and chairs great for outdoor entertaining, one full bath with shower, one half bath and washer/dryer. The living room has a pull out queen-sized sofa and the small den off the living room has a pull-out single. The upstairs hosts a huge master bedroom with large windows overlooking the lake, a king-sized bed, TV and large walk-in closet and the master bath with tub/shower.

Notes

  • Peak Season: runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day - the cottage is available to rent for a minimum stay of one week for $1900 a week. The cottage is only available during this time in week increments.

    Off-Peak Season: the cottage is available for $200 per night or $1200 per week. 3 night minimum

    $200 discount for deposits and bookings made by February 1 2013
  • There is an additional charge $80 cleaning fee and a $500 deposit which will be returned within two weeks of the renter's departure pending no damages.

Wonderful Rental!

We absolutely loved your home! It is very spacious (especially the 3 main bedrooms), everything was clean, the furniture/beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for us! We especially appreciated the dining area being large enough to seat us all for our meals. (Some rentals we looked at sleep 10 but dining area only seats 4-what sense does that make?!) The lake is beautiful, sandy bottom in front of the house for swimming and it is not busy - perfect for our 14-yr-old, first time kayak enthusiasts. Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

IDEAL GETAWAY

This cottage is the perfect getaway spot. It is warm and welcoming. A home away from home. The property is clean and well maintained. Traverse City is nearby and offers a great assortment of restaurants. I enjoyed the local pub type atmosphere in many of the restaurants both in Traverse City and Interlochen. The cottage is perfect and offers so many amenities. I didn't get to use the brand new kyacks but they looked great. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends. Ideal for children, they just love those bunk beds. I will definitely spend more time here in the future.

Great place to get away!

I have stayed in the cottage for a week each of the last two summers. It is a great place to get away and relax! It is close to Traverse City, if you want a night out on the town, but really there is no reason to leave! I will be staying here many more times!
