Great Stay!

My husband and I, my husband and his wife, and my sister and her 2 year old son recently stayed at this property. We were all very pleased with our stay and I highly recommend this condo!
The owner was responsive and courteous while we were setting up the rental.
When we arrived, the condo was impeccably clean and well equipped. We knew that we were renting a condo, not a house, so we weren't expecting to have a lot of room. However, every single one of us was surprised at the spaciousness of the living/dining room area. Despite the fact that 5 adults and a toddler were staying there, none of us ever felt cramped. The balcony and decent sized bedrooms were also a plus.
The condo was in a PERFECT location, less than a block from the beach and the boardwalk. Being so close to the beach meant our daily trips to the beach were less stressful. If someone forgot something at the house, we could easily walk back and get it. Off street parking for three (3!!!) cars was GREAT!
The owner was easy to get in touch with when we had a problem figuring out how to use the lockbox.
Last but not least, our security deposit was promptly returned to us!
My husband and I have used Homeaway to rent properties in London, Jamaica, California, New York, Florida, and now Wildwood. The owner's responsiveness, along with the cleanliness, comfortableness, and great location of this condo made it one of our favorite rentals to date.
