We call this apartment the Molly Malone after the famous Irish fish barrow girl dating back to the 1600's.

A recently refurbished apartment that sleeps 2-3 comfortably ideally situated close to the Phoenix Park and Botanic Gardens.This is a modern City stay in a beautiful Victorian red bricked house.Within easy reach of all the fabulous restaurants, museums, parks, Aras an Uachtarain, Farmleigh House and of course shopping that Dublin has to offer.

Easy walk to numerous bus stops train staions that will connect you with the Luas which will connect you with all of Dublin.

We provide a welcome pack to get you on your feet and there is a major supermarket within a 5 minute walk so you will never run out of essentials.

All linen and towels freshly laundered for your use.

The apartment is in a beautiful large red brick Victorian building on a tree lined street.

In the studio there is a double bed and a pull down sofa that makes another single bed.

There is a kitchen/ dining area and of course a bathroom complete with a shower.

There is fridge, cooker & microwave. For anyone considering exploring Ireland further there is a car hire company within easy reach and a train station 5 minutes walk away. The famous Guinness Brewery is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit. Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away. For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away. Saturdays and Sundays from Spring to the end of Summer can be spent at the Point Village with its many market stalls, street entertainments and funfair. Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub are some other of the many attractions that are available.

I come from a family background in the hospitality industry. Having lived in New York for a number of years, I returned in 1990 and purchased this property in Dublin City. I have recently returned to the hospitality industry and ensuring my guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in my apartment is a priority for me. I am available 24/7 should the need arise. I chose this location for the proximity to the city centre and of course the beautiful Victorian Redbrick lined North Circular Road.These properties are a feature of Dublin and are preserved by Dublin Council. The fact that the Phoenix Park and the Botanic gardens are within walking distances is an absolute plus, providing plenty of recreational activity.

What makes this studio unique

There are a number of benefits to staying in this property. Located close to the heart of the city of Dublin there is an excellant transport system by bus and light rail that means all of the sights can be visited with the minimum of fuss. The building itself is a beautiful Victorian property that has unique charm while offering all the modern comforts that a guest could expect.

The location is ideal as it is quiet while being convenient to all shopping, sights, transport, museums etc. that makes a holiday. Located beside the Phoenix park which is Europe's largest urban park the traveller can have a taste of the country while still remaining in the city.

There truly is something for everyone.

Great location for a visit to Dublin

We stayed in the Molly Malone apartment for a week in October and we really enjoyed it! The place is small but comfortable- one word of advice though: the shower is really small, so if you are a larger person you might want to choose one of the larger apartments. The location is excellent- easy access to grocery store and local buses. There is a great pub with wonderful live Irish music within 20 min. walking distance- "The Cobblestone". Liam was very kind, giving us a welcome snack of Irish Soda bread, milk and butter- a life saver after the flight to Dublin. The area around the apartment building felt totally safe, and we highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Dublin. Heike and Jene, Hailey, Idaho, USA

Great value in Dublin

Great studio apartment for two, with the possibility of a third person in reasonable comfort. Nice old brick building in a quiet neighbourhood. A little far from downtown if you plan to walk, but VERY convenient for Dublin city buses. A Tesco supermarket just down the street for everything you need. Not much choice for restaurants close by, but again, a very short bus ride to everything you could want.

The owner Liam is very friendly and helpful, and ready to answer any and all questions. The only negative comment I have is that the wi-fi connection is weak in the apartment, and some devices can only connect when in the entryway. Maybe Liam could do something to boost the signal a bit!

All in all, a great value for anyone seeking a comfortable home base while in Dublin.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Not only is the location perfect on a superficial level - beautiful, comfortable lodgings; fantastic location; and excellent accessibility - but we were also completely taken care of on a personal level as well. Liam was a wonderful host, and we were absolutely blown away by the level of forethought and consideration that was prepared for us when we arrived. Any need or concern we had was taken care of immediately - and for three young women traveling alone for the first time abroad, we could certainly appreciate that!
Pricing was more than fair, especially considering the excellent quality, and thanks to Liam, our stay in Dublin went like a dream. Thanks from Texas! 10/10 would stay here again!

The fantastic Molly Malone

Molly Malone apartment was a great beginning to our travels in Ireland. We found the apartment very comfortable and even managed to fit three of us in with the option of the comfortable foldout couch for our niece. We were very grateful for the fully stocked kitchen which enabled us to prepare meals with ease. The apartment was pristine, comfortable, and very quiet. Situated an easy 20 minute saunter from downtown Dublin, with grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs within a block of this true gem of a find, we absolutely recommend the Molly Malone apartment and are so grateful to Liam for making us feel so at home.

A great place to stay with easy access to the city centre in just 10 minutes by bus. There is a regular bus service that runs right by the front door and there is the light rail system which is a great way to see Dublin in its entirety.

A major supermarket is just a few minutes walk so all food requirements can be taken care of easily. The beautiful Phoenix Park is Europe's largest urban park is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and houses Dublin Zoo. This is a must see for any traveller to spend a few hours wandering through the trees and beautiful landscape. Excellant restaurants and pubs some providing traditional Irish music which should be experienced. The Guinness Brewery, Jamestown Distillery, National Gallery Of Ireland, Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol all worth a visit.
