REMODELED PENTHOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION 3 BR 4 BATH-COPACABANA

I normally don't write reviews but this place is so nice.I just had too.I have been going to Rio and Brazil since 2002.I have stayed at the good,the bad and the ugly.I am an American that sets up trips for American's going to Brazil.This place has all the good things and none of the bad.It is American sized, 3 bed rooms,3 large beds, nice kitchen and big living room.It has 4 bath rooms,an ocean view balcony with working hot tub.This very rare in Brazil.As most hot tubs never work or heat up.All three bed rooms and living room have modern tv's,clock radios ,music, big closets etc...The place has an nice washing machine and place to dry your clothes.You are a 5 min walk to Copa beach and 10 min to Ipanema beach.A pharmacy across the street,super market,bar and restaurants one block away.The location is great.As for service.Martin and his asst Vivian are the most helpful people I have meet in Rio.They are so nice and they are on time.If you need them.They will be there in a very short time.Most places I have stayed .You only see your manager on arrival and departure.They never answer your calls and never fix anything.Martin and Vivian are always there when or if you need them.We didn't need them but had questions on using a few things and they came over and showed us again for the second time.lol They have many nice places but this is my personal favorite.I will always try to get my clients in one of their apartment first.One word of advice.You need to book your apartment in Rio several months in advance.The longer you wait.The more it will cost and the less places available. Have a great time in Rio and Brazil. You will ask yourself one question after from returning from Brazil.WHY DIDN'T I GO SOONER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Ps : This place was accurately described and was clean.It has nice woman that comes to clean the place and does a good job !!!!
