Palms of Treasure Island 304 - Contemporary 2 BR with dazzling view of the Gulf!
This unit at the Palms of Treasure Island is bold, contemporary, and beautiful! The open floor plan allows for endless gazing at the sparkling water from the expansive balcony, living area and kitchen, just what you long for in a beach vacation. The condo itself features upscale touches with granite countertops, crown molding, and ceramic tile throughout. Because of the open floor plan the kitchen is in the middle of all the action and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to boot. The handsome living room is spacious and comfortable with leather furniture and a mounted flat screen T.V. Both bedrooms are just lovely with stylish bedding and décor, king size bed in the master and queen in the front bedroom, and flat screens. The master bathroom has the granite countertops and a large (possibly 2 person!) Jacuzzi tub and shower combination. The hall bath also has the granite countertops and a spacious walk in shower. To add to all the comforts of home unit 304 has a washer and dryer, cable, internet, and a beach cart to help carry all your beach stuff!
The Palms of Treasure Island complex was built in 2008 and is located on famed Gulf Boulevard right on the Intracoastal Waterway in Treasure Island, FL home to one of Gulf of Mexico's most beautiful beaches. Each condo in the 5 story building has a spacious balcony and a great view of the gulf or the intracoastal. There is a full-sized pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lively intracoastal. The complex also has a handy dock that can be used for day docking your boat, adjacent to the pool and a comfortable lobby that is open 24/7. Treasure Island beach in particular is one of the widest beaches in the area with gorgeous white sugar sand and great swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. Beach access is just across the street at the intersection stop light cross walk. The property is two blocks south of the beautiful Treasure Island causeway with access to I-275 leading to convenient Tampa International airport.The property is less than 2 miles south of John's Pass with restaurants, shops, bars and all types of water sport rentals.

The Palms of Treasure Island units all feature an optional Recreation Fee. This is an incredible value for the $79 Fee. The Recreation Fee includes unlimited use of the following:

* Paddleboard (also can be used a a single sit on top kayak as well, great for beginners)
* Life Jackets and paddles for the above
* Beach chairs to take over to the beach
* Beach carts (Little Tikes style) and Pull carts to take your stuff over to the beach
* Beach Bikes- real ones- no the cheap ones from WalMart
* Coolers to take your drinks to the beach
* Beach and pool toys
* Gas Grill with gas included (large for 2 parties to use at once)
* Bocce Ball sets
*Misc Beach/Pool Toys
All items are located onsite.

All units on the 2nd floor and above have water views. The first floor is parking so a first floor is actually on the 2nd floor and so on.

Jeff & Gina
Raised in central Florida with fathers working at the Kennedy Space Center, we both have a lifetime of fond memories of beach days, beach escapes, beach get-a-ways, and fun-filled family beach vacations. Our love of the ocean spans decades as does our romance. High school sweethearts (married for 27 years and counting) and fellow UF graduates, Jeff and Gina have four children. Jordan attends Orangewood Christian High School; Josh is at Winter Park High School, while Jake and Jared go to FSU. Jeff has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. He also did consulting for 4 years with both Allstate Corporate and individual agencies countrywide; streamlining processes, increasing production, incorporating inventive marketing, maximizing potential revenue, and stressing customer service. Soon after having their fourth child (4 in 4 years), Gina “retired” from her actuarial position to assist Jeff and raise their lively bunch. With a house full of teenagers, Gina likewise knows a thing or two about particular “customers”. We have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build our rental business on the same.
