Welcome to the stunning Mad River Valley and Sugarbush Village. With running streams and gorgeous mountains you couldn't ask for a better spot in the Green Mountains of Vermont. This gorgeous condo is unlike any other in the area and was uniquely designed for beauty and comfort. A great location to spend any time of the year.

The unit has a newly renovated kitchen with marble counter tops and a huge stone fireplace to make your mountain experience in Vermont one to remember. It doesn't get any easier to enjoy the mountain or to simply relax by the fire!

Walking distance to the Sugarbush Resort and all of the nightlife and restaurants that it has to offer. Conveniently located across the street from the pools and spa at the Sugarbush Health and Racket Club. Walking distance to skiing/riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing and hiking. A quick drive (2 miles) has you at the gorgeous Sugarbush Country Club.

About Tom

I am a native Vermonter and live in the Burlington area. We looked at ski condos to buy throughout the Northeast and investigated all the best resorts. However, we quickly realized that none compared to our local favorite Sugarbush Vermont and we unexpectedly decided to buy right in our home state of Vermont. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Tom purchased this condo in 2010
Why Tom chose Warren

We absolutely fell in love with its location and the unique, thoughtful and cozy design. We looked at 20 different condos at Sugarbush and found them to all be very 'generic' and a little boring. This condo was the last one we looked at and fell in love the second we walked through the front door - its warmth and uniqueness was an instant sell!!!

What makes this condo unique

Location, location, location! In addition, as a native Vermonter I take pride in helping plan your visit with guidance and recommendation. The cleverly hidden divider that makes a third bedroom, the wooden lined showers and huge rustic fireplace certainly made us fall in love.

An easy walk to ski or visit the nightlife at Sugarbush village. This unit has three full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen - all the comforts of home. We are also located on shuttle route for seasonal shuttle to Mt. Ellen, Mad River Glen, Sugarbush and downtown Waitsfield.

Ski: Less than a five minute walk to the base lodge at Sugarbush Resort - the best skiing and riding in the east. Also located on the shuttle run to nearby Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen ski areas.

This condo worked out very well for our family and Tom was very easy to reach and communicate with. The condo is well cared for and well stocked. The knives in the kitchen are even sharp -- a first for us in a rental/VRBO! The The Mad Bus ran regularly past the property (it's a little far to walk to the mountain in your ski boots); parking at the mountain wasn't a problem either even on a busy Saturday morning.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Superb Accommodations!

This was our second year vacationing in Sugarbush. We can't stop talking about how much we enjoyed the accommodations this year. Tom, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge and works to ensure his guests have everything they need.

The location is wonderful. Walk, use the shuttle or drive down the road to hit the slopes, dine at some great restaurants or to enjoy the many events Sugarbush has to offer. The condo has all the comforts of home and nothing beats sitting by the fireplace at the end of the day.

The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook in (which we did a few nights) and the games/videos provided are a great touch!

We are very happy we found this listing!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It is located next to a shuttle pickup for sugarbush and within walking distance of the village and great restaurants. The condo has everything you could possibly want or need, it was beautifully decorated for xmas and spotless. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace every evening. We had a great ski vacation. Enjoyed the french restaurant that is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this property any time of year. We are hoping to return again next year.

Heaven is in the details!

What an incredible week we spent at this wonderful condo! It was so comfortable and cozy - walking in the door after a day of skiing and collapsing onto the plush couches by the blazing fire was pure bliss. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay so spectacular - really comfortable beds with great linens, huge cozy towels, a well-equipped kitchen with extras like sharp knives, bread pans, and spices; there were games and DVDs for after dinner and even a Christmas tree! The condo is literally a 60-second drive to the ski resort - we rolled out of bed and into our clothes and next thing we knew we were zooming down the slopes. There were so many places to wine and dine that we felt like a week wasn't even long enough. Thanks so much for everything - I hope to be back next year!

The 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in walking distance of Sugarbush Resort was perfect for our one-week ski vacation. Everything is tastefully and comfortably furnished and the owner very helpful and accessible. Good restaurants are nearby but we were equally happy cooking at home and enjoying family time playing games by the fire. I can't imagine a better time.
