2-1/2 blocks to the Lake Michigan beachs, 35 miles to the University of Notre Dame campus and less than 60 miles to downtown Chicago; in addition, Michigan City harbour and its municipal airport is only 5 minutes away.. Conveniently located to restaurants, galleries, shopping and other amenities in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.

This historic house offers 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and sleeps 14. Sauna and workout room in basement. WiFi. Three floors of living. Washer and dryer on site. Great getaway for generations of family to spend time with friends and relatives.

Ample room to park all your toys. 3 driveways, one enclosed garage stall for your vehicle or water toys.

Full modern kitchen opens to breakfast bar and formal dining room and open 2-story turret reception area.

Rental Rate: $4,000 (In Season) and $3,000 (Off-Season) for a 30 day rental period. According to Long Beach, IN zoning ordinance(ยง154.049), all rentals must be for a minimum period of 30 days.
