Additional information about rental rates

There is a $ 750 Deposit to hold my home for the 3 month period tenant will occupy home. Should there be any breakage, missing items, or repairs required due to the tenant abuse, these costs will be deducted from the deposit upon time of departure. Payment is to be upon first day of arrival and 30 days thereafter for each of three month minimum stay.
Fees And Taxes There are no additional taxes. The Tenant will return the home upon their departure in the same clean condition as when they arrived.
My home is located in a 55+ Community Association where the Rules & Regulations & By-laws state that all rentals must have tenants who will stay a minimum of 90 Days or 3 months or more.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

My husband and I rented this home for three months this past winter. We found it to be clean and well maintained. Everything was in good working order. The rooms were spacious, bright and comfortable.
Our favorite places were the den and the back patio. We would definitely recommend this vacation home to our friends and relatives. It is the best place that we have ever rented.

My wife and I found this to be a very comfortable home - a home away from home!
The oranges were delicious. The local golfing was fun. We found another dozen inexpensive good golf courses, within easy driving distance, which satisfied our needs. The neighbors were helpful and pleasant. The city center was close by.
The weather in the main was sunny, warm and dry.
We would readily come back again.

We had the pleasure of renting this property last year for 4 months and enjoyed the best view in this retirement community. Excellent view of the mountains and palm trees lining the fairway on the well maintained par 3 course. 15 plus additional full 18 hole courses within 30-50 min from this location.
Great accommodation with nice size rooms, two full baths, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Only an hour to coastal beaches to the west and Palm Dessert to the east. No shortage of large shopping areas with a 30 min drive. Try it you'll like it! Shum
