If you are in the mood to use one of the DVD players to watch movies you have a selection of DVD films to choose from. There is also free WiFi internet access so bring along your laptop! You also have a fully equipped modernized kitchen that includes all major appliances such as a microwave, range, freezer and refrigerator, and a dishwasher so you don't have to get your hands wet.
If you're in the mood for coffee you are provided with a coffee maker as well as a toaster, all of the cutlery you'll ever need, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen related amenities that are needed as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, which can be used to prepare your clothes just the way you like them. If you've been thinking about warm weather in Florida and how it affects the inside of your condo, worry not because our condo is fully temperature controlled with air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all the living areas as well as the bedrooms.
Legacy Dunes is a gated community and is located on 50 acres of prime real estate that is the home to a clubhouse, business center, a restaurant cocktail lounge, game rooms, recreation area, two swimming pools, exercise and fitness room, basketball court, barbecue area, tennis court, volley ball court, golf driving practice, childrens play area, conservation areas and lakes which you and your family can enjoy. There is something for everyone and that includes nightlife as well as attractions. If you plan on spending your vacation in our condo, Walt Disney World is only minutes away. In fact it makes no difference whether you want to discover the amazing and awe-inspiring Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Hollywood Studios, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, or the Magic Kingdom, because all of the Magic of Disney is only minutes away. If you're wondering about Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, or Sea World, these theme parks are a short distance away. If it's nightlife you're looking for then there are plenty of attractions such as Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, City Walk, and Kissimmee main street along with the night clubs and restaurants on International Drive.
The Florida Mall, Millennium Mall, and Orlando Premium Outlet are available for your convenience if you've decided you want to use your vacation for your shopping enjoyment. Because Kissimmee is centrally located this is an added bonus for those that would like to be only minutes away from all the action. Florida cities on the East and West are also easily accessible. If you head out to the east you will find the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. If you venture west you will find the city of Tampa and Clearwater's beautiful white sandy beaches next to the Gulf of Mexico.
