Hi! I've lived in Florida for the past 14 years having moved here from Newport, RI. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's of Science in Consumer Affairs. I've worked in Real Estate, Social Services and Staffing/Recruiting. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, reading, cooking and going to the beach!
Why Jennifer chose St Petersburg
My husband and I bought this property because we love the 'old world' charm of the neighborhood with its' brick streets and craftsman style architecture. We love that we can walk to our favorite restaurants, shops and entertainment! This neighborhood is like a New England town without the cold weather!
What makes this cottage unique
This is a single level cottage so there won't be any stairs to navigate except 2 steps onto the front porch. There is a private parking spot behind the cottage. It has central AC/Heat (no window shakers)! Easy walk to downtown and the waterfront with it's own small beach! You'll also enjoy a private washer/dryer right in the cottage. A horse drawn carriage can pick you up right at the cottage door (a unique benefit to this neighborhood) and tour you around the neighborhood and/or take you downtown and drop you off at dinner! So fun!
