Fill your days with rustling palms, fragrant Gulf breezes, and truly spectacular sunsets at this waterfront home, gorgeously situated on one of the largest canals on Marco Island. Dangle your feet from the dock as dolphins and manatees swim by, take afternoon dips in the backyard pool and spa, and gather for evening meals on a beautiful screened patio overlooking the canal.

This single-story, canalside home sits near the heart of Marco Island, just over a mile from Marco Town Center, an assortment of shops and restaurants, and boat rentals and charters at Rose Marina. It's only three miles to Tigertail Beach, which you can easily reach on two wheels (four adult-size bikes are provided) or four. Beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, coolers, and fishing gear are even on hand for your use.

After a serene day spent in white sand or turquoise water, return home to unwind poolside amidst tropical greenery. Enjoy a gas grill for evening barbecues, ample seating for alfresco dining and lounging, and outdoor speakers to provide the soundtrack.

The interior is beautifully furnished, full of rich woods, colors, and textiles inspired by Tommy Bahama. The living room is a natural space for entertaining, offering a wet bar, plush furnishings around a gas fireplace, and glass doors that open to the terrace for true indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a spacious breakfast bar, a formal dining room, and a family room where you can retreat after dinner for movies and board games.

Each of the three bedrooms is paired with its own bathroom and TV, including a primary suite that opens to the patio with a spa-like en suite bathroom. Additional features of the house include a home office where you can take work calls in peace, a laundry room, and central air conditioning.

Things to Know
The dock is not available for boats, but you can use it for fishing.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
