You will not want to miss out on this delightful vacation spot. Unit 608 at the Sea Breeze Condominium has it all. It is situated directly on the powdery sands on the Gulf of Mexico where you can sit on the balcony and watch the most unbelievable sunsets each evening. It is about ½ mile north and only a five minute walk from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, the center of shopping, dining and activity in Madeira Beach. The unit itself has an open floor plan with wall to wall handsome ceramic tile. The kitchen is completely stocked and features fabulous granite countertops and a stainless steel oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen, eating area and living room all overlook this magnificent stretch of beach. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a comfy sofa and loveseat combination. There is a large flat screen television and a blue ray player for your entertainment away from the fun and sun. The master bedroom has a king size bed with soothing sea blue linens, and a flat screen television mounted in the corner. The contemporary master bathroom which is connected to the master bedroom boasts a spacious shower which is separated from double sink area which has the same wonderful granite countertops as the kitchen! The 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds allowing for up to eight people to sleep in this condo and also comes equipped with a flat screen television. The guest bath is painted a bright and cheery green with a tub/shower and granite countertop. The unit also has wireless internet, cable, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your convenience.
The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool which are both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the good-looking brick patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a nice BBQ grill patio area and a bocce court. Laundry facilities are located in the complex on floors 4 and 7.
Madeira Beach is a small seaside community sandwiched between the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Measuring only two miles long and with only about 5000 residents this community draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Despite its size this vacation paradise has much to offer. The warm and calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico make this a wonderful family vacation spot and there are many nearby attractions to keep you busy. About Jeff & Gina
Raised in central Florida with fathers working at the Kennedy Space Center, we both have a lifetime of fond memories of beach days, beach escapes, beach get-a-ways, and fun-filled family beach vacations. Our love of the ocean spans decades as does our romance. High school sweethearts (married for 27 years and counting) and fellow UF graduates, Jeff and Gina have four children. Jordan attends Orangewood Christian High School; Josh is at Winter Park High School, while Jake and Jared go to FSU. Jeff has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. He also did consulting for 4 years with both Allstate Corporate and individual agencies countrywide; streamlining processes, increasing production, incorporating inventive marketing, maximizing potential revenue, and stressing customer service. Soon after having their fourth child (4 in 4 years), Gina “retired” from her actuarial position to assist Jeff and raise their lively bunch. With a house full of teenagers, Gina likewise knows a thing or two about particular “customers”. We have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build our rental business on the same.
