Charming and characteristic self contained apartment, once house of the priest, next the medieval church of Saint Benedict dating back the 12th Century. It is composed of fully furnished kitchen with fireplace and espresso coffee machine, sleeping room with double bed and a terrace, bathroom and a mansard where the maximum height is of 180 centimetres and where 2 children (2 single beds) can sleep. There is also a sofa for 3 persons, television, iron, washing machine, public and private parking for the car just in front of the entrance door. The apartment is within 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Certaldo where you have grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is located half way between Florence and Siena (both reachable in 40 minutes) thanks to the freeway Firenze-Siena, and 10 minutes away from San Gimignano.

Thanks to the freeway you can easily visit Florence that is only 40 minutes by car, Siena, 40 Minutes by car, San Gimignano, 10 minutes by car.
