This stunning, and spacious three bedroom with loft townhome is perfect for the large family or group of friends.  

This very NEW and stunning three bedroom townhome will amaze you with its high end, yet relaxing decor and its distinguished details.  With elegant cushion-close Alder cabinetry, granite countertops, engineered hickory floors throughout kitchen and great rooms, Travertine tile in bathrooms with Deco tile accents, an oversized shower and generous soaking tub, and spectacular lake and mountain views, you will want to make this your home away from home.  There is a private heated garage with second exterior parking spot.  This Townhome has also been built with differtiating Green Points such as Energy Star® rated appliances where applicable, Toilets and plumbing fixtures all low-flow design, windows are low-e, with .35 U values, heating is in-floor radiant set in Gypcrete, High Efficiency boiler (98%,) and much much more.  The living room boasts gorgeous decor and a high end entertainment center, gas fireplace and plenty of room for the entire group to kick back.  All TVs in unit are brand new flat panel HDTV and internet-ready.

great place to stay and lots of space...wonderful accomodations. The only appliance that was a problem was the refrigerato doors that did not close well. This should be looked at by maintenance. Otherwise...we loved it.
