This home forms a courtyard around a large heated swimming pool that is visible from all the main rooms. The pool is outdoors and covered with mosquito net for your convenience. Lots of entertainment space for family and friends: pool deck, a separate BBQ and outdoor dining area, a grass area behind the pool for your pet, a living room, a family room with a large sectional sofa for TV lounging and a fully equipped kitchen. In-home laundry and parking in the 2-car garage and a large driveway. Here you will enjoy 100% cotton bed linens, luxurious pillows, feather duvets, oversized bath towels, lots of beach and pool towels and beach chairs.

This is one of the original Fort Lauderdale suburbs that still retains its mid-century style. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very family-oriented and peaceful. It's also very close to the beach at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and stop #10 of my favorite water taxi tour where you get to see mansions and super yachts of the rich and famous.

Best property

This property is a great place to spend time with family and friends. You can enjoy every thing from entrance to the pool. Regina is a very nice person and the best host ever. I will recommend to all of you this perfect place. Deserve 5+ stars for every thing
