Come enjoy the best of Seattle from our beautiful West Seattle townhome located just one block from the sandy beach of Alki. Our townhome has 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms have king, queen, or full size bed. Each bedroom has a private bath. Sleeps up to 6 people or 7 if using the sofa sleeper.

Our rooftop deck is ready for you to barbecue, dine, and relax while enjoying the great view of Puget Sound, ferries, mountains and downtown city lights. Easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and other retail stores. Offstreet parking for your car or hop a bus for a 15 minute ride to downtown Seattle or take the water taxi. Our home is across the street from Whale Tale Park.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: There are many wonderful things about our property. Location is probably number one. Our three bedrooms each have their own separate bathrooms. This is great for couples who want to share the property and for large families. With a beach, kids playground and park nearby, and easy access to all amenities it's an ideal rental for vacationers. And everyone loves our rooftop deck with views of the mountains, sound, and passing ferries.

Our home is located just one short block from beautiful Alki Beach and has all amentities to make a family vacation or gathering perfect. We have 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Our rooftop view deck is great for celebrating your special event. Restuarants and coffee shops are within easy walking distance. Alki Beach is the only sandy beach in Seattle. Rent a bike, walk for miles on the shore, watch or play beach volleyball. Catch the Water Taxi Shuttle and ferry to downtown. All easy and fun.

Other Activities: Water Taxi to downtown Seattle, take in a Mariner Baseball game, concert, or theatrical event, Shopping, Kayaking, Boating are all easily available.

Location and views!

This was a great find. It was clean, in a perfect location and had all the amenities. We could park in the reserved spot (which was critical to have) and walk everywhere. It was wonderful to wake up every morning to coffee on the roof deck and watch the ferries...same goes for the nightcap and the sunsets.

The owners were pleasant and easy to work with and left detailed, helpful information. It is a block off the beach and next to a park so if you have little ones...even better. Bring your racquets too if you love tennis. There is something for everyone in Alki.

The only drawback was the noise from both the park and the cars cruising the strip at night. It is a beach town! I might be a bit of a super safety Mom but I did wish for an alarm and a locking deadbolt upon leaving. That said, we didn't have any problems and I would stay here again. This is a wonderful rental!

Family Vacation

My entire family came for a vacation and to visit my sister who lives in West Seattle. The house was PERFECT!! All 6 of us adults, my 4 year old son and 1 year old niece all fit very comfortably. The house is just a block from the beach in a great neighborhood. The park across the street was great and the kids really loved it. Karen was wonderful and very helpful. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We had everything we needed. They're were beach toys, baby gates, a fully equipped kitchen, games, BBQ, and much much more! The rooftop deck was amazing with a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend this house. You'll never want to leave! Thank you so much Karen. Because of your house my family was able to spend quality time together and have a wonderful vacation. It was absolutely priceless and we will definitely be back!

This is a lovely home and was great for our family. We were in Seattle for Mom's 100th Birthday celebration. The location was good for our site seeing trips.. The view from the 4th floor deck was spectacular we were able to see Mt. Baker one clear day. The playground was great for our 5 yr. old grandson and the short walk to the beach to some great eateries.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was beautiful, spacious and full of amenities. The location was just a short block from Alki Beach and the restaurants/bars there. Easy access into Seattle via the West Seattle Bridge or water taxi. Great place to use as a home base or just to hang out and relax. The owners are a pleasure to deal with too.
