The apartment, 115 m2, two suites, large living room, kitchen, terrace with Jacuzzi of 50 m2, 4 m2 coverage is located in the heart of Grace overlooking the sea and is close to Porto da Barra, the best beach Salvador. The exhibition is rising then the apartment is well ventilated day and night. The floor is porcelain tile. Always on the terrace, protected by canvas has a kitchen and barbecue and a third bathroom. The placement of the building is between the two circuits of the Carnival.
