Waterfront Luxury (built 2006) 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium at Harborview Grande in beautiful Clearwater Beach. This fourth floor condominium has breathtaking panoramic views of the intercostal from the living room and master bedroom onto the spacious 29 foot balcony. We HAVE WiFi!!!

This 1824 square foot unit with 10 foot ceilings has been beautifully decorated by an interior designer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have King Beds. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Graco Pack and Play in unit as well as High Chair. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Use of our poolside Cabana is included. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys supplied. Close to elevator for easy access.

Fully equipped with all amenities including 4 TV's with DVD/VCR in living room. Free WiFi internet access and free long distance calling. The fully equipped kitchen has maple cabinets, corian countertop and custom pantry.

You will be within walking distance to the public beach as well as Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina where you will find water sports, dolphin cruises, fishing boats, dinner cruises and more. Directly across the street is the famous Shepard's Resort for dining and entertainment.

Come visit our famous Dolphin - Winter! Star of the new movie Dolphin Tale at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium!

What makes this condo unique

Our building was built in 2006 and has a great location on Clearwater Beach. It will be your home away from home. There are 2 King beds and 2 twin beds as well as a full size washer and dryer. Internet access and Free long distance calling from our unit is included. You can walk to Pier 60 and the new Beachwalk!!

Nearest Airport : Tampa at 20 Miles

Clearwater Beach is a great area. You can walk to the beach and Pier 60 where there is nightly sunset entertainment and activities. Next to Pier 60 is Clearwater Marina which has every imaginable water activity available from Dolphin Cruises to speedboat rides to parasailing and fishing just to name a few. We are also home to the most famous Dolphin - The Dolphin Tale movie was filmed at the Clearwater Aquarium and Winter (the famous dolphin who lost her tail as a baby) is the star of the movie. There are restaurants and mini golf within walking distance. The trolley stop is right in front of our building if you don't have a car.

4 northeast, sun starved golfers and Phillies fans enjoyed this spacious condo. Views are great from the 4th floor balcony. The location is well situated to getting to Phillies games, numerous golf courses, and the beach. Restaurants are easy walk for takeout or dining in. We would rent this condo again.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in the Clearwater Beach area, this is the place!! My wife and 14 month old enjoyed every aspect of the place. Having a pack and play and high chair to use was a bonus. The views off the terrace were perfect! The walk to restaurants and the beach was very convenient as well. Thank you for having us!!

Greatest Family Vacation!!

The condo was truly above and beyond our greatest expectations. It was so spacious, clean and the views were stunning. The short walk to the beach was such a bonus. It was one of the greatest vacations we have ever had with our family. We still talk about waking up and drinking coffee while watching dolphins from our balcony.

We will definately be back.

Your condo was beautiful and well stocked. I loved the big rooms and the nice washer/dryer. The patio is lovely to sit on and watch the water. It was so nice to have the highchair and port a crib and numerous sand toys.

I would like to see new bedroom lined/sheets.
The location is terrific and the unit is quiet and lovely. Thanks for a wonderful time,
