Near Stuart Florida.: Located in Southeast Florida, Stuart, the county seat of Martin County, is a small affluent community. Stuart boasts a revitalized waterfront downtown and lots of quaint stores throughout the town catering to those willing to spend. Bargain shoppers can hunt for the practical or unusual at the B&A Flea Market located on US 1.
Try a balloon ride in Jensen Beach. Balloons Over Florida will take you on a 1 hour adventure through the air. You will experience the panoramic view of the Intercoastal Waterway and other parts of both St. Lucie and Martin Counties. Upon landing you will be treated to a champagne brunch.
Fishing enthusiasts should note that Martin County is known as Florida's 'Sailfish Capital.' At least 4 fishing charter companies are listed in Stuart's yellow pages, and there are probably many others. Most of these fishing charter boats are located on the waterfront of St. Lucie Boulevard, close to the St. Lucie Inlet.
Beaches.: Like much of Florida, Stuart has great beaches. The primary beach area is on Hutchinson Island, which is directly east of downtown Stuart only 10 minutes away. The most famous beach in Stuart is Bathtub Reef Beach.

Firstly the house was more beautiful than the pictures or description and I agree with a previous renter, the owners thought of just about everything. We had a full house and I liked the instructions left through out which made it easy to figure out how to make the best of the house. The location was quiet with good restaurants and shopping close by. There was no problems eating out or cooking in. We enjoyed early morning walks and chatting in the lanai some of the evenings.
Communicating with the owners was exceptional and I am looking forward to staying here again.
After renting different houses the last 5 years in Florida, we found one that we'll definitely come back to. The house and pool/hot tub were fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt very safe with a gated community and the PGA courses/training center were AWESOME. Jammin Jensen on Thursday night is a fun thing to do with the beach not far away. The kids enjoyed the pool immensly and the owners were great to work with! You won't be dissappointed.
The pictures of theis home do not do it justice! The house is immaculate from top to bottom and the owners have thought of everything. The house is appointed with top of the line ammenities throughout. The view of the suunsets from the pool/spa and lanai are second to none. If you're looking for a beautiful home on the golf course, this is the one for you. The owners were phenominal to deal with and ensured all of our wants were met or exceeded. We enjoyed the home so much that we/ve already booked to return!
This is a great vacation home!! We travel 16 weekends a year and have stayed in many nice places, but this is at the top of the list. The house is VERY well equipped. In many rental properties, you find low quality kitchenware, bedding, etc. and that was not the case here. The owners have really put thought into ensuring renters have everything they need, and we truly felt at home. The house is very nicely decorated and warm and inviting. The outdoor area is great. We enjoyed the covered lanai, pool, hot tub and grilling out. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, yet very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed this property greatly and if we are back in the area vacationing will definitely choose it again. Kudos to the owners for doing such a great job!!
This single family home sits on the golf course and is located in the PGA Village of Port Saint Lucie. Its in the gated community of 'The Lakes'. Its one of the premier locations on the treasure coast. Just go west off exit 121.

There will also be an additional deposit in the amount of $125 per week for the heating of the pool/spa area. When you arrive the reading on the propane tank will be written down and the day you depart too. You will only be billed for what you use during your stay.
There is a three month minimum stay.
The security deposit is due when the rental agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to your arrival date.
If we need to wire any funds the guest is responsible for what ever fee the bank charges.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
