Please note that during the season, I only book for a week at a time and only Sat to Sat --in the busy summer season. This charming cottage is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. It is truly a magical space! We are located in the marina community of Bay Vista, a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood only minutes from the beach, shopping, and fine restaurants. The cottage has recently been remodeled and furnished; it has cathedral ceilings in the living and dining room along with a brand new fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. In addition, it has a family room, equipped with a flat screen TV as well as a sun porch which leads to the backyard with a private garden. Finally, it has two bedrooms: a master bedroom (with a queen size bed and adjoining newly-remodeled bathroom) and an upstairs second bedroom (with three twin beds, a new bathroom, and a large walk-out balcony).
The neighborhood is great for walking and biking -- there is much to explore as we have wetlands in the neighborhood and a marina just down the street.
Great Location and Amenities: The cottage is close to shopping (tax-free outlets), good restaurants (Big Fish Grill) and great fun (Jungle Jim's Water Park). Perfect for couples and families.
It is equipped with cable TV (high-definition hook-up), wireless high-speed internet, DVD, radio/CD yerand iPod speakers. The cottage also has central air, ceiling fans in every room, and a washer and dryer.

We provide a free parking permit for the town and beach area (not required in off-season).
Cleanest Beach!: The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) issued star ratings to 200 popular beaches around the country. The star system awards up to five stars to each popular beach for exceptionally low violation rates and strong testing and safety practices. Criteria include testing more than once a week, notifying the public promptly when tests reveal bacteria levels violating health standards, and posting closings and advisories both online and at the beach. Last year, twelve beaches last received a 5-star rating.
